What is a middleman (MM)?
The MM is the person who makes the deal safe for both sides by holding the buyer's funds in escrow until the seller delivers — then releasing the payout.
Is there collateral?
No. The buyer's USDC on Solana sits in MM escrow until delivery is confirmed, so neither trader has to trust the other directly.
Can I cancel a deal?
Yes, if both sides agree and no funds have moved yet. Once the buyer has paid into escrow, only the middleman can cancel after reviewing the situation.
Will anyone ever ask for my private key?
Never. Woovi Marketplace only ever needs public wallet addresses and a Solana transaction hash. Anyone asking for a private key or seed phrase is scamming you — report it immediately.
